I did Weight...These suggestions are all wonderful! I did Weight Watchers at the beginning of 2010 and lost 15 lbs in 3 months mostly because of portion control. Measuring my cereal, weighing my slices of cheddar, and just generally being aware of caloric trade-offs (I can have this cheeseburger, but need to have some cauliflower soup for dinner)made such a difference. As did exercise, of course!<br /><br />Sounds like you've been keeping up a great fitness routine during pregnancy. I have been less successful with that but, due to the eating habits I established right before getting pregnant, I have done much better with weight gain this time around. (Um, except that when I was there last week, I learned that I'd apparently gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks which is NOT okay!!)<br /><br />Of course, this is the second pregnancy I've had that is in the home stretch over the holiday sweet treat season.
